US — Apache Junction, Arizona. The Apache Junction Police Department issued an advisory to the public that a Level 2 sex offender, whose convictions include solicitation to commit sexual abuse and attempted child prostitution, has been released into the community.
Brandon Richard Alley, aged 34, is a 5’1”, 115-lb divorced father who identifies as a woman named Teena Marie.
He was convicted in 2003 of solicitation to commit first degree sexual abuse against a victim who was known to him.
This crime was followed by a 2005 guilty plea in the same state to attempted assault in the third degree.
In 2015, he was convicted in Pinal County Superior Court of Arizona of attempted child prostitution with a minor 15-17 years of age, luring a minor for sexual exploitation and portraying an adult as a minor engaged in a sex act.
