JP — Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture. A male part-time school teacher confessed to entering a mall restroom while wearing a wig and feminine clothing, and secretly filming women during their most intimate moments.
On the evening of Tuesday, October 22, a female employee at a mall in the city of Toyohashi realized she was being filmed as she used the restroom.
The woman reported the incident to a male colleague.
The colleague waited outside the restroom, and was able to grab the suspected as he exited.
The suspect, Yasufumi Makino, aged 26, was handed over to police. He was arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct, and admitted the criminal conduct to police.

AICHI Police in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, have arrested a 26-year-old man on suspicion of lewd conduct after he dressed in drag and wore a wig to secretly film women in a public toilet.
I know that in Japan there was a case back in 2003, I think, where a young man in his early 30s who was dressed as a woman entered a women’s bath house and spied on these poor women who just wanted to relax and take a goddamn bath. I don’t know if he had a camera with him, though.
