US — Sioux City, Iowa. On January 9, 2020, the State of Iowa filed a motion to dismiss a petition that a repeat pedophile be considered a sexually violent predator. The Iowa Attorney General office filed the motion because the sex offender, who now identifies as a woman, has reduced testosterone levels following hormone treatments. The district court judge granted the motion to dismiss “in the interests of justice.”
Here's a male sex offender who sexually abused 15 babies & children aged 1 to 13.
He was to be committed for life.

Joseph Smith was imprisoned in December 2015 for molesting a fellow student.
A pre-sentence report prepared by the State’s expert, Dr Jeffrey Davis, had recommended that Smith be confined at the Cherokee Civil Commitment Unit for Sex Offenders (CCUSO) for an indefinite period, based on a high likelihood of re-offending. The report noted that Smith had previously abused up to 15 children aged between one and 13.
On July 18, 2018, the Court found probable cause to believe that Smith is a sexually violent predator. The trial was set for March 11, 2020.
However, Dr Davis stated that, after reviewing additional information, Smith does not meet the criteria as a sexually violent predator, meaning that the State does not have sufficient evidence to proceed in this case. While unable to comment on Smith’s medical records, the communications director for the Attorney General’s office said:
In general, an offender’s hormone levels are among the criteria that are considered.
According to the Storm Lake Times, Smith first started using female pronouns in October 2017, and expressed a desire to start transgender classification. Subsequently, Smith began hormone treatment to lower testosterone levels, which officials say also reduces the risk of re-offending.
Smith has been transferred to the Sioux City Residential Treatment Facility for transitional release. Officials have not confirmed when release will occur.

But when push comes to shove – anyone who sexually abuses a child – be they male, female, trans-sexual -whatever – deserves to stay in jail fir as long as the law allows. `They are scum.
Identifying as woman should not let anyone get off with a crime like this. These are CILDREN they have damaged.

He would not be safe. Castration, chemical or otherwise, does not stop rapists from raping women or grooming and raping children. That is because the crime is psychological, and driven by hate, a desire to destroy, control, dominate, etc. Rapists who can’t use their penis to rape instead use other objects as a substitute, and commit far more gruesome crimes.
Euthanasia may be the only medical solution for adults who can’t control the impulse to rape children.
Eventually, there will be so many ‘woman-sex-offenders’ in the statistics that they will become meaningless; that’s the real goal here, to hide male-pattern criminality in women’s statistics until women are ‘equal’ to men in all the bad ways but never the good.
“It” is one entity. It’s not like it is a different person now…it belongs right where it is. Unleashing it back into society is the biggest crime of all. A tiger is still a tiger even if you bleach out it’s stripes.
If he can get away with crimes because of his testosterone hormone levels being low then all women in jail should make same petition. If petion is denied even one female, grounds for gender law suit seems fair.

He’s not in prison because of his pathetic testosterone. He’s in prison because of his selfish sick CHOICES to commit heinous crimes against innocent children.
The KEY WORD is “choices”. Prisons are full of people making wrong choices, how is he any different?
Anyone who contributed to HIS release should be responsible if any crime this sick monster creates.
He was not put in prison because of what he might do in the future, he was placed there because of the choice he made to molest and rape many children.
He ruined the lives of many and he gets out because he says he is now a she. Ridiculous!

This is sick to know that a judge is allowing this serial pedophile to be set free because he found a way to get out of jail by becoming a fake female. Why does it matter the gender of the criminal? He, she, or demon is still guilty of a violent crime against children and babies. His brain is still the same. He chose to hurt those kids who couldn’t defend themselves. He should be set free from his miserable life and sentenced to death.
