US — Lehigh, Pennsylvania. A man who presented himself in a feminine fashion was repeatedly incarcerated in a women’s prison.

In 1984, during one of his prison stints, he violently raped a female inmate in the shower, holding a sharp object to the woman’s neck in order to force her to comply with his sexual attack, the woman later reported.

According to his rape victim, the rapist was known to her, as she had encountered him in prison during her three previous incarcerations for non-violent crimes.

Although the rapist had not had genital surgery, prison officials claimed to have had no idea he was a man until after the female inmate reported the rape.

The male inmate was placed in isolation while the rape allegation was being investigated.

  1. I think transgender and transvestite males need to be treated as people with a psychological disorder……prisons should be concerned about who is being sent to their prisons….this is a sad situation all the way around……or section off such people from the women who really are female……
