UK — Devon, England. A paedophile, who currently identifies as a woman called Jessica Smith, has been sentenced to almost three years in jail and put on the sex offenders register for life. In court, Smith admitted to three counts of Attempting To Incite A Child To Sexual Activity and one of Arranging To Commit A Child Sex Offence.
Smith was caught after communicating with decoy accounts pretending to be 14-year-old girls. The decoy accounts were set up by the group Justice for the Tears, which stages online sting operations to catch people they suspect are predators trying to groom children. Smith sent numerous sexual messages to these accounts, along with explicit photos, and asked the “girls” to reciprocate. Smith also arranged to meet with one of the girls, asking her to bring her 12-year-old friend as well.
When members of Justice for the Tears arrived at the arranged meeting location, they “were surprised to find what they assumed to be a man rather than a woman lurking in a hedge near the designated meeting place”. They told Smith they were looking for a female paedophile, and called police after Smith said he was a man who had been sent to fetch the child.
The court was told that Smith was “vulnerable”, had been depressed and isolated at the time because of “complex gender identity issues” and “was terrified of going to a male prison”.

Arguing for lighter sentences because of “prison safety concerns” is a strategy that has been used by other paedophiles who identify as women, sometimes successfully.

Admittedly, this man does appear to be a bit of a simpleton – however, that does not necessarily mean that he’s in any way vulnerable. He’s plenty able to officially alter his “identity” and lure girls he thought were only 14 and 12 years of age, for crying out loud! It’s outrageous the leniency these pieces of filth get and to gaslight the court pretending he is a woman judges intructions saying “she”, “her” what an absolute farce this legal system is, continually working against women and girlslthere never any support or any justice just treating women & girls appallingly all over again, time and time again,sexual abuse case after sexual abuse case.. these A/holes keep repeating bad adjudications to females every fking time !
There is never any decency afforded to women and girls who suffer through sexual abuse,rape, stalking sexualized coercive grooming, these repugnant judges are getting paid offensive amounts of money to sit in judgement and hand out piss poor sentences to males that are predators and violent criminals then they are out on parole and out in less time they are sentenced too and wonder why reoffending criminals is prevalent in future court cases,it’s like they are delibrately stupid because of the ‘male code’ of supporting the male ego.
