JP — Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama. A 57-year-old has been taken into custody on allegations that he exposed his body to multiple women in a commercial facility.

The male individual, who was dressed in a miniskirt, “turned up her skirt to multiple female customers at a general store” in the Atré Kawasaki shopping complex.

According to witnesses, the indecent exposure occurred for about 15 minutes, starting at around 4 PM on September 12.

Police were able to track down the middle-aged suspect, an office worker at the company Mukai-cho, after examining “bodily fluids” left on the floor at the scene.

“There is no mistake in what I did, and there is no excuse,” the suspect reportedly said.
